Darren Luck, a devoted soul DJ presenter, has been captivated by the allure of soul funk music since the early 1980s. His journey began during his school days, when he avidly watched the UK’s rendition of Soul Train, often featuring Jeffrey Daniels from the famed group Shalamar. Darren’s passion for soul music is perpetual, driven by its heartfelt expression and authenticity.

His musical odyssey was enriched by tuning into soulful stations like Horizon Radio, Invicta Radio, JFM, and more, further deepening his love for the genre.

Prior to his current endeavours, Darren honed his craft by presenting on JFSR for nine years and London Soul Music Radio for over three years. After a hiatus spent with his family, Darren has returned with renewed vigour. He now graces the airwaves as the host of the Sunday Soul Flavours show on the esteemed global streaming radio platform, Chocolate Soul Radio.
